WELL, Rachel spent two years preparing for her divorce. In this episode we discuss her thought processes and growth leading up to the decision to get divorce. With a conservative christian background, she knew she would have to make huge mental shifts in order to leave her marriage (without the shame). If your path is divorce, What shifts might you need to make so that you can be ready and not have shame? AND, how can you make those shifts ahead of time? Why would you want to make these shifts ahead of time? it's simple. You make better choices when you act from positivity and love.
